A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

To make the cancellation process simple, we provide the following options:

• You can use the "Cancellation" button at the bottom right of the shop, or the attached cancellation form, which is, however, not mandatory.

• You can also exercise your right of cancellation online on our website at the internet address https://www.woolandforest.de/pages/widerrufformular. If you use this online function, an acknowledgment of receipt containing information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt will be sent to you immediately on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

• You can also electronically fill out and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement on our website at https://www.woolandforest.de/pages/widerrufformular. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation immediately (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer own the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward (unpaid).

3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

B. Cancellation Form

To exercise your right of cancellation, you can use the "Cancel Contract" button at the bottom right of the shop or the cancellation form in the footer menu, or you can write us an email at shop@woolandforest.de by means of a clear statement regarding your decision to cancel this contract. Please provide the order number, the cancelled items, and your name.
