DHL Parcel (with tracking)
Information for users of drop-off authorizations
If you grant DHL a drop-off authorization, liability only extends to the drop-off location. If the shipment cannot be found or is stolen, this is not covered by shipping insurance.
If necessary, we recommend redirecting the delivery to a post office branch or a DHL Packstation.
DHL Parcel (with tracking)
  • Shipping with DHL within Germany: €6.99
  • Shipping with DHL to Austria: €16.99
    (Currently, we do not ship to any other EU countries)
Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after receipt of payment.
Adjusted delivery times due to summer break:
  • Custom Dyeing: Closed from August 3 to August 30, 2026
  • Last Order / Dispatch: Friday, August 7 by 12:00 PM (CEST)
  • Shipping Resumes: Monday, August 31, 2026
For orders to Switzerland, please use meineinkauf.ch. As a German online shop, we are unable to offer direct shipping to non-EU countries.
We do not receive any commissions or other benefits from meineinkauf.ch. It is simply the fairest method to supply customers in Switzerland with German goods.
